Tickets for London and York Conferences 2023
Bookings for tickets for the in person conferences will open at 9am on 12 December 2022.
There are 4 types of tickets for the face to face conferences:
Lottery for places
There will be a lottery for individual self advocate and family carer members for a free place at either London or York.
If you want to enter the lottery, please fill in this form to enter the lottery here by 9am on Thursday 2nd February 2023.
Please also say on the form whether you will need a carer or PA to attend with you.
The lottery will be drawn on Friday 3rd February 2023.
Members who have a free place as part of their membership package
Some organisational members have a free conference place as part of their membership package.
This includes all paid supporter organisations who are enhanced members.
And all standard paid supporter organisational members with a turnover of more than £1 million pa.
These members can choose to use this to book a free ticket for either London or York.
You must still book a ticket to use your free place.
There is limited capacity at each venue and tickets will be allocated on a 1st come 1st served basis for each venue.
All free tickets must be booked by Thursday 2nd February 2023.
If you have not booked to use the conference place as part of your membership by 2nd February we will release the place for other members to buy.
Buying tickets
There will be a limited number of places for members to buy at London or York.
Each ticket admits one person to either London or York.
The cost of members tickets is:
£100 per full price ticket
£45 per ticket for self advocates and family carers
There are a small number of tickets available to buy for non members.
Non members tickets are £220 each.
