We want the in person conferences to work for as many people as possible. 

If you have any specific accessibility needs please do tell us when you book your ticket. 

We have created some additional spaces to make sure people have the support they need to attend the face to face conferences. 

These places are available at no extra cost, but spaces are limited due to the size of the venues and must be booked.

If you need a PA or supporter to attend with you, please make sure you tell us and book their place when you book your place.

If you can share support with any friends or colleagues coming it will help make space for others to come to the conference.  

Due to limited capacity, people who do not have a valid booking will not be able to enter the venue. 

Both the venues are near train stations and have level access, accessible toilets and hearing loops. 

There will be a quiet space at both venues where people can go to relax and take some time out.
